We aim to ship all our orders within 48 hours of ordering. In case an order is lost we will investigate this matter after 2 weeks have gone if delivered to the UK, 4 weeks if delivery is for Europe and 6 weeks other destinations.
If your country customs do not allow your parcel to be delivered we cannot be responsible but we will refund you the item amount minus postage after the article is returned to us.
In the event of a parcel not being delivered to you either due to circumstances related with your country customs or matters for which you are responsible (e.g. correct address) and after the parcel is returned to us we may still repost it to you as long as you pay the second shipping fees.
In the event that we have confirmation by the delivery company that an item was delivered we assume no responsibility. If you prefer to have signed delivery please contact us before hand.
Please be aware that in case any custom charges are levied by your country customs we assume no responsibility for those charges.
We do not accept returns. Please be aware that tea is a food product and we cannot therefore accept any returns for it. We do recommend our customers to order a sample first prior to buy a full cake. Nevertheless, in case you encounter any issue we do recommend you to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution for it.
Faulty or missing product
In case there is any issue with the products that you purchased from us please contact us. We will try to find a solution. We may require photographic evidence if any item is not received as shown in our website.
