2020 Yiwu Shu puer – Tongqinghe

In 2020 we selected a shu puer from Tongqinghe village in Yiwu. Tongqinghe is one of the most prestigious tea villages in Yiwu and for a good reason. After fermentation the tea was pressed and then we allowed it to rest for a couple of years before offering it now in 2022. The tea is at a wonderful stage either to drink straight away or age further.

As for notes it’s a utterly sweet and creamy tea with a cool aftertaste that reminds us of fresh green and sweet apples.
